QR menu ordering

A QR code menu that takes the order too.

A PDF behind a QR code only shows the menu. Paroso’s QR menu lets guests order and pay from the table, and sends each order straight to your board and kitchen, marked with the table it came from.

How guests order

Each table gets its own QR card. Guests scan it with the phone camera; no app to download, no sign-up.

  • Photos, prices, sizes and add-ons, in one of 33 designs matched to your café
  • Veg and non-veg marks, a veg-only filter and search
  • Pay at the counter, by UPI with the amount filled in, or online through your own Razorpay
  • A live tracking page shows when the order is accepted and ready

What your team sees

New orders arrive on the live board with a chime and the table number. Accept them, or let Paroso accept them automatically, and they move to the kitchen display.

  • Call-waiter, water and bill requests from the table
  • Dishes switch to sold out by themselves when stock runs out
  • Every order prints a KOT and a GST bill in the standard 80 mm size
