The service
Paroso gives cafés and restaurants QR ordering, a billing counter, a kitchen display, inventory, reservations, analytics and automations, in the browser. Features depend on your plan, listed on our pricing.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you sign up.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your staff logins.
- Give accurate business, tax and contact details. You are responsible for the GST, prices and menu information you show guests.
Trial, plans and billing
- New cafés get every feature free for 14 days. No card is needed.
- To keep using Paroso after the trial, buy the Growth or Pro plan, monthly or yearly. Prices are in Indian rupees.
- Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. When a plan ends, paid features pause until you renew; nothing is deleted.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Guest payments
When a café connects its own Razorpay account or UPI ID, guest payments go directly to the café. Paroso never holds that money, takes no commission, and is not a party to the sale between the café and its guest.
Acceptable use
Do not use Paroso to break the law, sell prohibited goods, send spam, upload content you have no right to, or try to access other cafés' data or disrupt the service.
Your data
Your café's data belongs to you. You let us store and process it only to run the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Paroso running and backed up, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Ending your account
You can stop using Paroso at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Vadodara, Gujarat having jurisdiction. Questions: hello@paroso.tech.
